Volunteer Program Description:↔

The Youth Work Center in Estonia operates as an inclusive organization for all youth centers across Estonia, including Kuressaare Youth Center, Nortigam. Nortigam’s mission is to provide a variety of open youth work services, offering young people aged 7 to 26 the opportunity to engage in meaningful and fun activities during their free time.
At Nortigam, youth can participate in activities such as table tennis, billiards, foosball, board games, and console games. The center also features a band room and a music recording studio, providing opportunities for musical expression and creativity. In addition, the center offers space for social interaction, creative projects, and exploring initiatives aligned with the interests of young people.
Nortigam works according to the principles of open youth work, prioritizing voluntary participation and meeting the needs and interests of youth. By encouraging youth-led ideas and supporting their initiatives, Nortigam aims to enhance active community involvement and foster social skills. The organization has a strong track record of hosting volunteers, focusing on collaboration and supporting the growth and creativity of young people in the community.

Volunteer Duration: 6 months
